Terms and Conditions
Prices shown are the price you pay. There is no postage, shipping, handling or other costs within the UK mainland. If your item is not in stock, we will order for you. You will always be emailed and given the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All our products come with a no quibble guarantee which incorporates the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Delivery Schedule.
We will normally dispatch your order within 10 working days or contact you by email, explaining why we cannot.

Returns Policy.
If upon receipt your goods they are found to be faulty or damage we will replace them free of charge.

Goods returned for any other reason ie: goods ordered in error, will incure a 7% handling charge.

Credit Card Security.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All Credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using SSL encryption.
