Title Sheet Files ================= The files included for download from the Multi Line Products web site can be used to produce the title sheet for the front of your Discgear CD storage unit. The files are in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (xls) format and should work with any program that can open these files. Assuming you have Microsoft Excel installed, when you open the appropriate file for your particular unit you should see two columns at the top of the sheet, A1 and B1. Enter your first title in the first cell in column A1, hit return and so on until all your titles have been entered. Clicking the sort button will automatically sort all your titles alphabetically A to Z. Clicking the Title Sheet tab at the bottom of the page will show your Title Sheet ready for printing. Before printing, categories of CD's can be highlighted in different colours by clicking on selected cells and then clicking on the small arrow next to the paint pot icon in the upper right of the screen for choice of colour. (Pastel colours work best and allow the text to remain visible). Text colour may also be changed in the same way by clicking on the selected cells and then clicking on the small arrow next to the "A" in the upper right of the screen. Prior to printing, check your print set up by clicking "File" in the top left of the screen and then click "Page Set up". On the "Page Tab" set the Orientation to "Landscape" and set adjustment to "50% normal size". For the CD80H model, it may also be necessary to set all margins to the minimum due to the width of the title sheet. This can be done by clicking the margins tab and reducing the margins accordingly. If you don't have a copy of Microsoft Excel or compatible product you can use the online facility at: http://www.discgear.com This provides a confidential database solution which allows the printing of Title Sheets. Please note Title Sheets printed via this facility will be in black and white only. Email: info@romdex.co.uk
